IBC meetings are held every month at 2:00pm at the EHSO classroom unless otherwise indicated.     Protocols for review at the next IBC meeting must be submitted 2 weeks prior to meeting date.

* IMPORTANT - Forms/protocols submitted to IBC must be complete, all relevant information must be attached (waste managment, emergency plan, etc.), laboratory review and training current within the year. Use Electronic versions of forms when possible!   To attend IBC meetings RSVP to DIO at 956-5909. Please provide name, phone no. and affiliation.   Please see Biosafety Manual, Section B, Part I, II, and III for specifics on Registration of projects
