Paper
Recycling
By practicing consistent recycling, the average office
will find that the remaining trash is less than one quarter of what it was
before recycling!
Procedures for recycling are simple and depend largely on the initial separation for success. The major grades of recyclable papers that should be kept separately are:
White paper
Colored/mixed paper
Newspaper
Sort out the uncollectables and remove contaminants, and separate the rest with care; otherwise, it all will be classified as trash, without positive value. Staples are okay, but remove paper clips and clamps.
