The College of Education at the University of Hawaii’s multi-faceted
approach to college wide technology integration in the education
of pre-service teachers features a strategy that began with a proactive
technology committee stimulated by grant and class related activities
pioneered in the Educational Technology Department. A comprehensive

of innovative approaches that serve faculty and student college-wide

in the Hawaiian community where they have taught.

challenges of online learning and teaching as a unique new "classroom"
