Resources for Mentees
It is very exciting
to have faculty members choose to integrate technology into their
classroom and coursework. As a mentee, the faculty’s role
is often at the receiving end. The mentee sets goals along with
the mentor to accomplish technology integration. At each mentoring
session, the mentee is able to ask questions and gain the skills
to integrate technology on their own. The mentee has the responsibility
of practicing these skills in order to become independent.
In order to improve
the mentoring process and continue funding, LEI Aloha conducts
several evaluations such as pre and post needs surveys and mid-progress
reports. At the conclusion of mentoring, it is our goal to have
the mentee come up with a TI Course proposal. Below are examples
of the many useful documents we have created and invite you to
use in your mentoring program.
