STEP ONE: Getting Started

Teachers recommend that you talk to peers for excellent ideas and contacts for innovative programs. You may also want to meet others in the technology integration field. Below is a list of ideas you might want to pursue!

Find a mailing list:
A great way to meet peers with similar interests and expertise is to join a mailing list, also known as a list serv. List servs are email-based public forums covering a particular topic. Think of them as online group discussions that let you pose questions to friends and experts in a variety of fields. There are hundreds of education-related list servs that teachers and administrators can subscribe to! Anyone with access to email can join a list serv.

A great site to reach out and talk to your peers.
