The Wa'ahila Faculty Apartments project is a University faculty living community designed to provide convenience and comfort within walking distance of the University of Hawai'i at Manoa campus. 

Located on the slope of the Wa'ahila Ridge, the apartment units were completely renovated in 2002.  The single-floor apartments feature a comfortable living room, which opens onto a patio; one bath; closet space; fully-equipped kitchens with ample cabinet space; and fully furnished living room and bedroom(s).  On-site laundry facilities are provided on the ground level of each building.  Parking stalls are available for an additional cost.  Units may be rented for up to one (1) year.
