Mc Millan Ching

"I am currently a post-baccalaureate research fellow at the University of Maryland Schools of Medicine Greenbaum Comprehensive Cancer Center. I am investigating the role of inflammation in ovarian cancer metastasis and chemo therapy resistance. There is a recent initiative from the National Institutes of Health to increase the diversity of the workforce in STEM and Biomedical Sciences, and my Bachelor of Arts degree in Philippine Language and Literature: Filipino, with my Bachelor of Sciences in Molecular Biosciences ad Biotechnology, has proven itself useful in making my credentials and education stand out. I am now working on getting into a professional/graduate school program and pursue a career as a scientist."
