New I-94 Procedure
Starting April 30, 2013, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will begin implementing a paperless I-94 procedure at U.S. air and sea ports of entry.

End of UH TN Employment or Status

Employment will end early

If a TN employee leaves his/her UH position before the end of TN authorization, the department should send FSIS a copy of the PNF showing the last day of employment.

Lawful permanent residence is obtained

If a TN employee obtains U.S. lawful permanent residence before the end of TN authorization, please send FSIS a copy of his/her Permanent Resident Card so we can close his/her TN file.
