Academic Progress

With the exception of special non-degree students, all graduate students are expected to follow a course of study appropriate to their degree program while meeting academic standards. Students at the thesis or dissertation stage need to submit progress reports or chapter drafts to their committees.

Forms
Graduate Division uses a set of three forms to track and monitor the academic progress of master's Plan A and doctoral students. The graduate chair shall submit the forms in sequence to the Graduate Records Office, as each appropriate stage in the student's program of study is completed. No forms are required of master's Plan B/C or MFA or students.
