graduate certificate program accepts applications ONLY from
current degree-seeking graduate students at UHM.
To apply for admission, submit a completed Concurrent Graduate Certificate Application (download form) and application fee to the Graduate Admissions Office. Also contact the graduate certificate program for additional criteria and requirements. |

Overview |

The Department of Urban and Regional Planning (URP) at the
University of Hawai'i at Mānoa (UHM) offers a graduate certificate
program in planning studies. Current UHM graduate students
who are pursuing degrees in architecture, economics, engineering,
geography, political science, public health, social work,
and sociology are among those eligible to apply. Students
are encouraged to use the certificate program to increase
their competence in planning as it relates to their major
program of study.
