Our visit began with an evening presentation of the TREE Center. by our instructors.


Bryce conducted a short lecture on the geography of Kona.

Rita gave the history of TREE Center.

Pam shared TREE Center's objectives and programs.



The morning of the trip!

Everyone looks refreshed and eager to begin the "Conservation" journey.


First, we gathered at the Amy Greenwell Botanical Garden.

Then we took part in a scavenger hunt.

Next, we did a Mamane Tree Tagging
