Each search engines has its own searching guidelines; become familiar with a couple.
1.  Enclose your term in quotes, to search your words as a phrase. To find an organization's homepage, search the organization's name and enclose in quotation marks.
Example: "office of minority health".
2.  To combine a couple of concepts, separate each concept with AND (must be capitalized); use + immediately before a required concept.
Example: +"public health" AND education
