Departmental Application Forms and Information
Students wishing to pursue graduate study in the Department of History apply for admission through the Graduate Division and may use its web site to obtain forms or initiate on-line applications.
For graduate applicants, some material is sent directly to the Department of History, including the Express Information Form as well as the optional application for a graduate teaching assistantship and supporting letters of recommendation.
