Just 37 more shopping days till December 31 and ready or not, here it comes. Hawaii's public service providers have been working for several years or more to prepare, and the media has been full of hype as well as useful information for almost as long. As both the real work and the frenzy wind down, what do the experts think January 1, 2000 will bring for Hawaii? What are they doing professionally and personally to prepare? The November edition of High Tech Hawaii will bring together a number of representatives from public and private sector service providers to share information about Hawaii's Y2K readiness. As always, High Tech Hawaii will feature live call-ins and email from viewers, so this will be a great opportunity for the public to get their own questions about Y2K answered.
During the live airing of the program, questions may be called in to 956-5670 or 1-800-342-7949 (neighbor islands), or sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
