In May 2006 Information Technology Services sent an email to all UH faculty and staff systemwide (total of 12,764) inviting participation in an IT Satisfaction Survey. 1,323 participated in the anonymous assessment of technology services. Those polled were asked about their use of and satisfaction with current systemwide and campus specific IT services, and also their opinions concerning which technology services should be added or expanded in the future.
