| Training CDROM "Hands On Tutor" at UH Bookstore by Naomi Okinaga |
CBT Systems has developed a self-paced tutorial on CDROM called "Hands-On Tutor." This learning tool for higher education faculty, staff, and students is now available at the UH Bookstore on the University of Hawaii Manoa campus. The Corporation for Research and Educational Networking (CREN) was able to negotiate special pricing for higher educational institutions. Priced at $18.00 each, the CDROM contains 25 training modules on Windows 95, Windows 98, Microsoft Office 97, and the Internet. The tutorial runs on Windows 95/98 computer systems. A few copies are also available for use at the PC Lab in Keller 213 with a valid UH id.
