WebDAV for Windows

You have all the tools you need to use WebDAV if you have Windows 98 or Office 2000 installed. Click on the "My Computer" icon on your computer's desktop.

Double-click on the "Web Folders" icon to bring up the following screen. Click on "Add Web Folder".

The following screen should appear. Enter the Web address for your course files.

Windows will prompt you for a username and password. Enter your myWebCT username and password. Uncheck the "Save this password in your password list" box as a security measure.

Windows then prompts you to name the resulting Web folder.

Your results should look similar to the following. Click on the icon of the Web folder you just created.

A window will appear with a list of all your current course files on the WebCT server. To copy a file onto the server, simply drag it from one folder into your Web folder.

Close this window to return to InfobITS.
