- ITS Labs:

There are two public labs in Keller Hall: the ITS Keller 105 Lab, and
the ITS PC Lab in Keller 213. Student monitors are available to
assist with questions concerning ITS computing and technology services.
The ITS CLIC lab is the third ITS-managed lab on the UH Manoa campus.
It is located in Sinclair Library 122. The newest ITS-managed lab is the
Hamilton Lab, located on the 3rd floor of Hamilton library. PCs, Macs, and
peripheral equipment are available in the four
ITS-managed labs
- Express Terminals:

1.25 GHz G4 eMacs are also available in the first floor
lobby of Keller Hall. The eMacs are mounted on racks for
short-term/express access to e-mail and the Internet.
- Laptop Stations:
-
There are laptop stations outside the Keller 105 Lab where those with a
laptop or notebook can "plug in" to the Internet.
- Wireless Access:

Keller Lobby is set up for wireless access. Refer to the
UHM Wireless Network homepage
for access information.
- Scanning (Optical Mark Reader) Services:
-
Faculty/staff may submit standard NCS forms (bubble sheets used for
standardized tests) to be scanned.
The Optical Mark Reader (OMR) Service Request Form is available at the
Operator's Window.
Complete a request form and submit it along with the NCS forms to
the operators.
- ITS Documents:

ITS Documents are a good place to start for helpful information and
instructions on using various ITS services. ITS Documents are available
for download from
http://www.hawaii.edu/itsdocs. These documents are also eligible for
free printing in any of the ITS-managed computer labs.
- Telephone for On-Campus calls:

A telephone for on-campus calls is mounted on the wall by the water
fountain.
