Hawaiʻi will be in the spotlight when governmental leaders gather in Honolulu November 12–13 for the annual Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Leaders Meeting.

University of Hawai’i President M.R.C. Greenwood is a member of the APEC 2011 Hawaiʻi Host Committee. UH is overseeing the volunteer effort for Leaders Week.

Leaders’ Week TV

Leaders Week TV explores Hawaiian culture and perspectives and Hawaiʻi Host Committee themes of sustainability, business innovation, scientific discovery and life and health sciences. Playing round the clock in 30 APEC host hotels on Oʻahu, the videos feature activities of the University of Hawaiʻi and local businesses and messages from Hawaiʻi leaders.
