November 1, 2004 UPDATE on SEVIS Fee

Form I-901:
1. Enter the country name as it appears on the I-20 form.
2. Enter only one address - your receipt will be mailed to this one address.
3. Do not make payments for dependents; only F-1 and certain J-1 students need to
pay the fee.(Refer to J-1 advisory on SEVIS fee for more details.)

New Payment Option:
As of November 1, Western Union Quick Pay Service will be available as a
SEVIS fee payment option. This payment service is not available at all
Western Union locations - a list of those offering this service is
available on the Western Union site. Directions on how to pay using
this new option must be followed very carefully to ensure proper credit;
instructions will only be available on the DHS web site at
http://www.ice.gov/graphics/sevis/i901/
