Optional Practical Training (OPT) for F-1 Students

• OPT Application Forms
  Students who intend to apply for OPT must attend an International Student Services (ISS) OPT Workshop in advance. Forms and instructions are provided at the workshop. We recommend attending a workshop 4-6 months before you want to work or before graduation.
  
  OPT STEM Extension applications must be submitted before the first 12 months of OPT expires. We recommend applying at least 90 days before the current end date. Immediately below are the application forms.
