Summer Language Help
As you know, achieving aTOEFL score high enough for admission does not ensure success in university classes.
Make sure that you are prepared for the language, cultural, and research demands of being a student at UHM.
Arrive three weeks before the semester starts and take a part-time non-credit course that will familiarize you with the language and cultural demands of university work and help you gain the confidence you will need when the fall classes begin.
