Resolved Problem: LISTSERV web interface slow/unavailable (Aug 1)

UPDATE: The LISTSERV web interface is now stable and functioning as normal.

UPDATE: An IP was blocked for having too many connections to the LISTSERV server which is suspected as the cause for the web interface being unavailable/slow.  Technicians will continue to monitor.  Next update at 1pm.

UPDATE: Message distribution via LISTSERV is working properly, the System Administrators checked the logs and confirmed messages were being distributed.  The LiSTSERV web interface issue is still being investigated.  Next update at 12:00pm.

UPDATE:  LISTSERV message distribution is also affected, technicians are investigating issues with accessing the web interface as well as message distribution.  Next update at 12:00pm.

The LISTSERV web interface is slow and/or unavailable.  Users report receiving the error 504, "Gateway Time-out".  While the LISTSERV web interface is unavailable, message distribution from the LISTSERV appears to be working properly.  Technicians are investigating, next update at 12:00.
