“Session Timeout”

Users reported receiving a “Session Timeout” error message when accessing self-service via a MyUH task.

Recommendations

  1. Log out of your session, and try again
  2. Access with another browser
  3. Go incognito or use private window
    • FIREFOX:     CTRL + SHIFT + P keyboard shortcut will open an incognito window
    • CHROME:     CTRL + SHIFT + n keyboard shortcut will open an incognito window
  4. Clearing your cache, cookies, and history
