ITS BrownBags Workshops
ITS hands-on Trainings Workshops
ITS TALENT Workshops
As part of our faculty/staff development effort, ITS hosts sessions on various technology-related topics during the fall and spring semesters. The target audience for BrownBags are primarily faculty and staff who have responsibilities for computing and technology in their department, however, all interested UH faculty and staff are welcome to attend. Our other trainings (ITS & TALENT trainings) target faculty and staff in the area of skills development with many of the workshops being at an introductory level, offering the basic skills to get started.
Registration for ITS BrownBags and other Trainings are done via our ITS BrownBags/Trainings Registration Web Site. A valid UH username and password are required to register for classes. Classes are listed in chronological order. Look for the session you are interested in under ITS BrownBags or ITS Trainings, then click on the title for more information and to register.
ITS BrownBags presentations are typically held in Kuykendall 201 or 204 on the UH Manoa campus (unless otherwise indicated). They are broadcast live to various HITS sites throughout the UH System (based on availability) and on UH Manoa's Campus Cable TV channel 67.
There is a BrownBags listing for participating HITS sites. If you would like to attend, please refer to the registration page for available sites.
NOTE: The recording of a BrownBags presentation will be made available on this page a week after the session is completed.
