ITS and UHM Auxiliary Enterprises are partnering to provide a campus “Shred Day” for UH documents on Thursday, May 31, from 10:00am to 12:00noon. This is a great opportunity to securely destroy confidential UH records, especially personal information and old exams free of charge! To assist with the secure document destruction, Access Information Management will be onsite to receive all of the documents.
What to do on the Manoa campus:
1) Make a reservation for a timeslot by calling 956-8289 or if busy dial 956-4798.
2) On May 31 bring documents in letter-sized bankers boxes (approx. 10"x12"x15"), or boxes that a case of paper comes in, to the central location on the road between Auxiliary Services Building and the Newman Center, near 1951 East- West Road.
3) Short-term vehicle rentals to move your boxes will be available from Fleet Services, formerly known as Transportation Services. Information regarding the rentals can be found at: http://www.hawaii.edu/transportation
