ITS Services During Campus Closures: December 20 - Jan 2

All networks, systems and services managed by Information Technology Services will remain available throughout the closure periods (Dec. 20–Jan 2) with monitoring by a skeleton crew. All ITS offices will be closed during these periods.

The ITS Help Desk will be staffed on Monday, Dec. 20, to assist faculty with final grade submittal.

Phone and email messages left with the Help Desk and Instructional Support will be monitored, with full response and follow-up beginning on Monday, Jan. 3, 2011.
