It appears that you're using a Firefox based web browser. Due to the way Firefox handles security you'll need to update some web browser settings to tell Firefox how to work with iTunesU.
- Install iTunes if you do not currently have it installed. You can download the latest version of iTunes for free from this link.
- Configure your web browser to support the two protocols required by iTunesU
- itmss (iTunes music store secure). When Firefox presents you with the following dialog box, respond by clicking on the checkbox to "Remember my choice for all links of this type." and click on the "Launch application" button. Do not click on the "Cancel" button.

To bring up this dialog box click on this link to open up a new window with that dialog box. - itms (iTunes Music Store). You'll need to check off the same items as the previous dialog box.
