Primetime » Half-Perched and Dangerously Baked (Episode XVI)
Devised and written by the PlayLAB Ensemble
Directed by Yvette Z Vandermolen
An ensemble of high school and college students explore the deceptive, and destructive, world of addiction in a new work written by and for today's youth. If you dream chemical Dreams, is your Reality only a nightmare? Recommended for high school age and older.
Since this production is a pioneering effort in devising theatre with high school students at Kennedy Theatre, and as such is a true work in progress, it is felt that the experimental nature of this project is best served by offering two showcase/workshop performances. To make the showcase performances affordable for high school students and their families, admission will be free and open to the public. Both performances will be followed by post-show talks with the cast and director. Doors will open for seating one half-hour before curtain.
