and a List of Purchases so far (through 04/09)
Aloha, Graduates and Friends. This is a list of donors to our University Laboratory School Alumni Association fire recovery fund and a list of purchases made so far (last purchase 04/09). ULSAA is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization. Any donation you made should be tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. As always, please consult with your tax professional
ULSAA will do everything within our power to make sure that every single penny you donate is spent to aid the affected athletics, choir, drama, Hawaiian culture, and strings programs, and if you specify a particular program with your donation, we will again do everything within our power to make sure every single penny of your donation is spent on that specific program.
The insurance issues are still not completely resolved, and when they will be completely resolved is not known. If you would prefer not to have your donation sit in the ULSAA account while the extent of insurance coverage is determined, please let me know, lanning@hawaii.edu , and we will issue you a refund check.
As of 01/08 (most recent fire fund donation), and including the $10,084.33 raised by 1982 grad Wendy Yamashita's 07/01/07 benefit piano recital and the check for $9247 presented by the Class of 1966 at the 2006 Holomua concert, our received donation total stands at:
