ULSAA 2011 Membership Dues and Donations Information

Aloha, Graduates and Friends, and mahalo for your kind 2011 dues payments and
donations to ULSAA. Below, you can see ALL proposals funded by ULSAA
since funding began in the 2004 - 2005 school year.
Dues are $10 per year for state-resident grads, $1 per year for out-of-state
grads, and $1 per year for non-graduate "friends" regardless of residency.
ULSAA is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization
(EIN 91-2146260). Your dues payment of $10/$1, as well as any donation beyond
your $10/$1 dues payment should qualify for tax deduction purposes to the fullest
extent allowable. Please consult with your tax professional.

When Leighton Wong '73, Scott Yamashita '76, and I (Lanning Lee '72) pledged to establish ULSAA, we agreed that we would
try to build a $10 millon permanent endowment fund. We're not quite there yet, but we're still optimistic : ) The ULSAA
bank balance, including the $58,230.78 transfered from the 2006 Fire Fund as voted and approved at the 2009 ULSAA Alumni
Dinner, is $73,259.50 (as of 03/31/11).
