The Law School Admissions Test

The William S. Richardson School of Law requires all candidates to take the Law School Admission Test (LSAT). The LSAT is a half-day standardized test measures acquired reading and verbal reasoning skills. The LSAT is one for used in the admissions process along with measures of academic performance (undergraduate and graduate grades), letters of recommendation, work and community experience, and the personal statement. The LSAT is administered in February, June, October and December at hundreds of locations around the world.

The LSAT is a challenging test, and careful preparation is recommended. The Law School Admissions Council website (www.lsac.org) provides a wealth of information about the test as well as test preparation materials.
