Conway Jones' two publications are practical oriented for both the student and practitioner. The 2006 publication, with 2007 supplement, Intellectual Property, Software and Information Licensing: Law and Practice provides the information and tools to help practitioners strategize comprehensive licensing arrangements, rectify existing problems, maximize returns within the legal boundaries, anticipate new concerns and avoid potential pitfalls. The most recent publication, Licensing Intellectual Property: Law and Application is a streamlined and highly accessible casebook on the law of licensing and application of licensing in practice - from the global to the particular.
Conway Jones is a professor of law at the William S. Richardson School of Law & director of the UH Procurement Institute at the University of Hawai'i at Manoa.
