Amy Tiare Ono Wiecking

 

BA, University of Hawai`i with distinction, 1996; JD, University of Hawai`i, William S. Richardson School of Law, 2000.

Ms. Wiecking returned to the law school as Director of Career Services and Assistant Director of Student Services in Fall 2001. While a law student, Ms. Wiecking distinguished herself as host coordinator of the 2000 National Native American Moot Court Competition and won the Amy C. Richardson Award for best Second Year Seminar paper on a Native Hawaiian issue. Before joining the law school's Administration team, she worked for nearly seven years in a family law office. In addition to student and career services, Ms. Wiecking serves as Advisor for both the `Ahahui o Hawai`i law student organization and Native American Moot Court Team.
