Writing Opportunities

Students at the William S. Richardson School of Law enjoy numerous opportunities to improve and share their writing:

  • Nationwide writing competitions are listed in the weekly newsletter, Ke Kula Kaniwai. Additional information about these competitions is available in the Writing Center office.
  • The University of Hawai`i Law Review and the Asian-Pacific Law & Policy Journal also offer writing-intensive opportunities for students.
  • The expansive curriculum of the WSRSL features many courses that sharpen students' writing skills. These include writing-specific classes, clinics, and seminars.
