The Hawai`i Procurement Institute Board of Directors establishes the vision and annual goals of the Institute. The Board of Directors:

• Sets an appropriate operating structure and budget for the development and maintenance of the Institute;
• Conducts fundraising and grant writing activities to secure the necessary operating expenses for the maintenance of the Institute;
• Assesses the educational needs of the procurement community and provides the most effective curriculum to respond to those needs.
