About;

The University of Hawai`i Law Review is a student run journal that publishes scholarly works authored by judges, scholars and practitioners, covering diverse areas of the law. Our Law Review also publishes student authored case notes, comments and recent developments.

   In addition to publishing two issues annually, the University of Hawai`i Law Review hosts a biennial symposium that brings together scholars, practitioners and distinguished jurists to discuss a relevant legal issue.

   As a student-run journal at the only law school in the State of Hawai`i, the University of Hawai`i Law Review strives to serve the local legal community and to contribute to national legal discourse through the publication of compelling legal writing.
