As a former Counselor/Instructor at Leeward Community College and a graduate of the University System, I am proud to see such a wonderful program receive the recognition nationwide. I have fond memories of participating in one of the final exams for the culinary program at LCC. Keep up the good work.

It is really great to see one of our teams make it! I was fortunate to watch one of our earlier teams compete at the western regionals while attending the ACF conference and it is a huge accomplishment to win the nationals.
Congratulations also to Conrad, Alan and Alan Wong for representing Hawaii at the White House. It sounds like a wonderful representation of our Hawaiian picnic cuisine!

KCC culinary program is excellent and this is just one accomplishment that validates it.

I was impressed that they used as many local products as possible. I noticed many restaurants here in LA are using daikon; a recent outing at a Peruvian restaurant.
