I met Doug several years back when I first joined the Shidler College of Business. He has been a great supporter of our Executive MBA (EMBA)program. He never hesitated in talking to prospective candidates and sharing with them his experience in pursuing his EMBA. I know that Doug is a busy man but did not realize the full extent of it. He makes me feel that he is always available to help. Doug, we are so fortunate to have an alumnus like you.

“Dug” and I became friends in the mid-90′s while we were both at the Attorney General’s Office. He proved himself to be hard-working, tenacious, and a man of great integrity. The legacy of his father Gordon, continues on brightly within Dug.

What I cherish most is the honor of being one of Duggie’s friends – But then, I’m probably just one of thousands.

P.S. Wow! Son Gordon grew up so quickly!

I met Doug at UH in the EMBA program in 2001 and have been great friends ever since. This article is actually all news to me, because one thing about Doug is his humility and modesty. He is not the type to boast or ever talk about himself. And at the same time to read this article and find out his accomplishments is not a surprise either, because he is such a talented and driven person. A great family man and person you love to see succeed.
