SCHOLARSHIP LISTINGS

It's Scholarship Season!  January through March is high time

THE BASICS
The scholarship season begins in January with the release of federal financial aid forms (FAFSA) and scholarship applications for the next academic year (Fall through Summer).  The majority of scholarships are out in January and due March 1st, although you will find scholarships with deadlines throughout the year.  Scholarships are widely available, competitive, and another source of college funding. Most require the scholarship application, a completed FAFSA or CSS profile (to document financial need), two or more letters of recommendation, and a personal statement.  If you need help with any of all of these, including searches, call us at 984-3286 for individual assistance.

WHAT'S NEW
Scholarship searches, applications, and financial need verification (FAFSA and CSS profile) have moved on-line.  Support documents often must be mailed. Incomplete packets or packets received after deadlines are not reviewed.  See Scholarship Tips for more information about scholarship packets.
