Each program listing has links to degree requirements, worksheet instructions, information about the Program Coordinator and in some cases the program home page. 

Division Programs: 

Accounting - Program Coordinator:  (David Grooms), Degree Requirements   Worksheet Instructions Students who select the Accounting program should have interest and aptitude for computational work. The intensive training provided in this program will help students obtain employment and will enhance promotion possibilities in government or in private industries. Students planning to transfer to UH Manoa College of Business Administration should see a counselor about the program.

Food Service "FSER" -  Degree Requirements   Worksheet Instructions  Food Service Homepage The Food Service program offers two specialty areas: Culinary Arts and Baking. Both associate in Applied Science specialty degrees are full accredited by the Accreditation Commission of the American Culinary Federation Educational Institute.

Hotel Operations "Hoper" - Program Coordinator: Lorelle Solanzo-Peros Degree Requirements   Worksheet Instructions The intensive training provided in the Hotel Operations program will help individuals obtain employment in either small or large hotels or food establishments. Students who select this program should have the interest and desire to greet and help people.

Business Technology - Program Coordinator: (Kuuipo Lum), Degree Requirements   Worksheet Instructions The Office Administration and Technology Career Ladder is competency based and focuses on the skills, knowledge, and attitudes needed to prepare individuals for employment in office positions in government or industry. Sequences of courses include both business and general offerings to broaden students' background and enhance employment and promotion possibilities.

Cooperative Education Program "Co-op" - Home Page Program Coordinator: (Wallette Pellegrino), Cooperative Education is an academic program which awards credits (1/3cr. per semester) to students for on the-job experience related to their major. Co-op is required by the Hotel Operations, Office Administration and Technology, and Electronic and Computer Engineering Technology programs. Interested students, especially those applying for Hotel Operations or County of Maui positions, should contact the coordinator prior to registration.
