Return
all library materials you have borrowed and pay any fines or fees
that you owe. You will not be able to register for classes, obtain
transcripts, or graduate until you have met these obligations.
Give MCC Student Services a stamped, self-addressed legal size envelope
so that your grades can be mailed to you.
Send transcript requests to the Admissions and Records Office at
the campus which offered your class. If you took a distance learning
class offered by a campus other than your home campus,
you will need to request transcripts from each college separately.
All community colleges currently charge $3.00 for each transcript
sent to colleges outside the University of Hawaii system. No fee
is charged for transcripts sent to another UH-system campus. Transcript
request forms are available at MCC Student Services and the Manoa
Outreach (Maui) office.
If the transcript is needed within twenty-four hours, the fee is
$10.00.
