PCR Product Purification (from Qiagen QIAquick PCR Purification Kit)

1. Add 5 volumes of PB Buffer to 1 volume of PCR reaction and mix
   
2. Transfer to QIAquick spin column (purple column)
   
3. Centrifuge for 1 minute
   
4. Discard low-through
   
5. Add 0.75 mL of PE Buffer and centrifuge for 1 minute
   
6. Discard low-through
   
7. Centrifuge for 1 minute
   
8. Discard low-through
   
9. Repeat steps 7-8
   
10. Place QIAquick (purple) column in clean eppendorf tube and dry completely
    
11. Elute with 25-30 mL of Elution Buffer or HPLC water
