MANOA supports itself with grants from state and federal agencies, donations from private foundations and individuals, and revenue from the sale of subscriptions and copies. It receives administrative support from the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa.

These forms of support are substantial, but we are always engaged in fundraising for future issues and projects.
