REGISTRATION ASSISTANCE

Call us if you if you have problems with your registration.

If you encounter technical problems such as username, login, or connections to the website, please call the UH Information Technology Services (ITS) Help Desk at (808) 956-8883 or toll free from the neighbor islands at (800) 558-2669, Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (HST) excluding holidays [extended hours until 9:30 pm Mondays to Thursdays during the Fall and Spring semesters].

You may also contact the Help Desk by email (help@hawaii.edu) or in-person at the computer labs below.

UH MANOA COMPUTER LABS

If you encounter registration problems, please call the Registration Helpline at (808) 956-8010, Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (HST) excluding holidays. You may also contact the Records Office by email (records@mail.admrec.hawaii.edu) or in-person at the Queen Liliuokalani Center for Student Services, room 010 service window on the ground floor.

If you encounter payment problems, please call the University Cashier's Office at (808) 956-7554, Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm (HST) excluding holidays. You may also contact them in-person at the Queen Liliuokalani Center for Student Services, room 105 service windows on the first floor.

If you have tried the sources listed above and still have registration problems or have other registration concerns, please contact the UH Manoa Ombuds Office at (808) 956-3391, Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (HST) excluding holidays.  You may also contact the Ombuds Office in-person at Krauss Hall, room 22.  The Ombuds staff will help you deal with any problems that students, faculty and staff may have with the University.  Please visit http://manoa.hawaii.edu/ombuds/ for more information.
