Note: MyUH Academic Services scheduled downtime is from 2:00 am to 4:30 am (HST) daily (subject to change).
If you were awarded financial aid, you will not have your classes canceled. Please refer to the section PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS RECEIVING FINANCIAL AID FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII if you are receiving a financial aid award processed through the Manoa Financial Aid Services Office. If you have not yet received notice of a financial aid award, you should check with the Manoa Financial Aid Services Office.
You may begin paying for tuition and fees AFTER you register but no later than 4:00 pm, September 3. A tuition bill will not be mailed to you. You are responsible for paying for all applicable tuition and fees. Registration will NOT be automatically canceled for non payment.
If payment is not received or you have not signed up for the payment plan by 4:00 pm on September 3, 2008, the University of Hawaii may place a financial hold on your student account until this obligation is paid in full. Additionally, the University may deny you further registration, transcripts, diplomas and other University services.
If you do not plan to attend classes and are a financial aid recipient, please drop all of your courses by August 14, 2008 AND notify the Manoa Financial Aid Services Office. Failure to do so will make you liable for any charges incurred, and you will be responsible for any financial aid that is disbursed to you. Please refer to the sections on "Refunds," "Change of Registration Procedures" and "Withdrawing Completely from UH Manoa."
If you are a financial aid recipient, have received your award letter and completed all necessary paperwork, the University Cashier's Office will apply your financial aid towards your UH Manoa tuition and fees. Funds will be disbursed upon verification of enrollment beginning August 15, 2008 at UH Manoa. After your tuition and fees are paid, any residual monies will be mailed to you or deposited directly into your designated eRefund account. To sign up for eRefund, go to MyUH and click on "Sign up for eRefund."
To ensure that your refund check is mailed to your correct address, you need to update your current address on file at the Admissions and Records Office. Please verify and update your Mailing Address and Permanent Address, as all refund checks will be mailed to your address in the following priority: 1 - Mailing Address and then, 2 - Permanent Address (if Mailing Address is null or expired). Mailing Address corrections can be made online through MyUH, and Permanent Address corrections made by mailing the Student Data Change Form, or completing it in-person at the Admissions and Records Information Counter, Queen Liliuokalani Center for Student Services, room 001.
If you do not plan to attend the University of Hawaii at Manoa, please notify the UH Manoa Financial Aid Services Office AND drop all of your courses online by 4:00 pm on July 18, 2008. Continuing classified students who must drop all their courses between July 19 and August 14 must contact the Registration Helpline at 956-8010 for assistance.
