Clearance of Holds
Holds will prevent you from registering and/or making changes to your registration. Academic, health and financial obligations to the University of Hawaii may result in holds. Therefore, please obtain the appropriate clearances before your registration time assignment arrives. To see if you have holds, login to MyUH and review the Check My Registration Status page. The phone number of the office that entered your hold is provided in the originator box. If you pay for a financial obligation online via MyUH, contact the office which placed the hold in order to expedite the removal of the hold from your account.
Before you register:- Report to your program advisor. Some departments or colleges require that their majors see their program advisor before registration. Failure to see your advisor may result in having a hold entered into your record that will prevent you from registering.
- Newly accepted, those re-admitted to UH Manoa, and transfer students must meet all health clearance requirements that were requested in your acceptance letter, e.g., TB test and MMR vaccination. You cannot register for classes until all health requirements have been met. Visit www.hawaii.edu/myuh/healthform for the necessary information and Health Clearance Form, or call University Health Services Manoa at 956-8965. Fall 2009 submission deadline: July 15.
