Registration Assistance

Call us if you if you have problems with your registration.

If you encounter technical problems such as username, login, or connections to the website, please call the UH Information Technology Services (ITS) Help Desk at (808) 956-8883 or toll free from the neighbor islands at (800) 558-2669, Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (HST) excluding holidays [extended hours until 7:00 pm Mondays to Thursdays during the Fall and Spring semesters].
