The Dean John A. Knauss Marine Policy Fellowship provides a unique educational experience to students who have an interest in ocean, coastal and Great Lakes resources and in the national policy decisions affecting those resources.

The program, which is sponsored by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s National Sea Grant College Program, matches highly qualified graduate students with hosts in the legislative and executive branches of government located in the Washington, D.C. area,. It is a one-year paid fellowship beginning February 1, 2013.

Deadline for all applications is Friday, February 17, 2012, 4:30 p.m. in the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Sea Grant College Program Office, HIG 238.
