I’m saying we need a childcare center at UH, not that one across the street isn’t close enough. I don’t care where it is, as long as it caters to UH students first.

I agree with you Kelsi! I also think a child care center is much needed. I have a two year old son, & I’ve applied to HCC’s center twice with no response. An on-campus center would be much preferred to one off campus. I’d rather see this than a grocery store or fast food restaurants, or whatever the ‘commercial core’ entails.

As a single mother who is struggeling to find housing that fits my buget I really think they should add units that will allow accomodations for those students with children also..

i think they forgot to mention that they broke ground on this project in late 2005. it’s 7 years later!!!
